As Vice President of Sales and Project Management at NRG Rebate Advisors, Jeff leads strategic initiatives to help commercial clients reduce energy costs through utility rebate programs and customized energy solutions.

He is also the Founder of Mondia Capital, a boutique business advisory firm focused on financial consulting and funding strategy. While his primary focus is now on his leadership role at NRG, Mondia Capital continues to serve select clients with tailored financing solutions and business growth support.

Known for his hands-on leadership style and results-driven approach, Jeff brings deep industry insight and a long-standing passion for helping businesses succeed. Outside of work, he enjoys cycling, reading, and exploring new travel destinations.
